Mobile Number Portability a service which is been launched in India on 20th Jan 2011. It was considered to be a greatest new year gift any government can give to it's citizen. Though it was delayed for more than 2 years. It did finally took off.
My Experience with Mobile Number Portability went very rough though. I'll narrate you with all the things i've done and Problem I've faced.
Jan 20th : Googled about the steps to be followed when applying for mobile number portability.
Jan 21st : I Requested my Unique Porting Code from 1900
Jan 24th : I went to a retailer got new 'Simcard' after paying 24 Rupees( though the government claims it to be 19 Rupees only).
Feb 1: Called up Airtel customer care 1800 103 1111 (Worst ever customer care help line ever. Trust me, the customer care executive just drop my call as they were unable to answer my query) After calling them for nearly 10 Time ( I'm Serious) One fine guy said that I'll port today for sure 200 Percent. The sad part about Airtel customer care is that these guys don't have any idea about what is happening and what the process is.
Feb 2 Morning: Called up Airtel again, asked them why it have not ported yet, Those people blame my existing operator for my delayed response.
Feb 2 Noon: I went to Aircel Showroom(Existing Operator) and enquired about it, they said that they have not got any request from Airtel.
Feb 2 Evening: Went to Airtel Showroom , sad to say my existing operator's office is way much better maintained. They have proper token system which provides an easy customer service. Airtel Office was just like a fish market. People dashing each other, officers being rude and irresponsible.
Feb 3: Lost my hope, but tried to contact Airtel guys once again. They said to reapply with new Simcard again.
I thought to wait for my Old UPC to expire.
Feb 5: A verification call from Airtel, I was like WTF they verify me after my 7 days period is expired. I asked her why is it taking so much of time she said she isn't having any idea. But sadly even after verification is done, I got no responce from them at all.
Feb 11: Old porting code Expired , so Went to 'Airtel Show Room' , after explaining all that happen to me. That guy suggested to apply a fresh. I was happy that this time atleast it should be done.
Feb 14 Noon: I receive a call from 'Airtel Distributor' he says that my Number is still associated with the old MNP Simcard. He asks me my old MNP sim card number
Feb 14 Evening: He says that my number is already in Processing stage according to the reply he gets from the central agency, and there is no option but to wait till that request gets expired.
Feb 20 : The distributor says to collect the form form his office, as the Central Agency Which does this MNP is just blocking the portability which is to be done. He told me to apply with the same form after a month.
Mar 9 : Upon not collecting the form, the distributor just tried to process the request form once again. And luckily it worked. I immediately got a Message from my operator Aircel that the request will be processed within 15th march.
Mar15 Midnight : I could see porting taking place, my old simcard stopped working
Mar 15 Morning : I Dialed 123 and just recharge with a small amount. But I was surprised to see that the I was not able to make any Incoming and outgoing calls.
Mar 15 11:00 : Upon trying the customer care for long, I finally got a good English speaking customer care executive. She ask me to verify myself, with address as mentioned in proof, Value of recharge done, Balance. Validity etc.
PS: This is supposed to be a verification call which I should have got during my 7 days tenure. They simply have not done it and we customer should suffer for their karma.
Mar 15 16:00 : I got my Incoming and outgoing calls done. Instead of 2 hrs blackout time, it took me 16 hrs in one view and 2 months in an another view.
I'm like WTF, It's a curse. Not a easy job Guys, big trouble to face in the process.

Anonymous
Believe me, when we look at this word, all our nerves energizes. I used to love the work anonymous few days ago. Be it a prank from a known friend or comment from a good old friend. But now, this word doesn't attract me much. You would be asking why? Mostly people use this 'unidentified identity' to fool people around. This could be getting a sms friend from a known friend pretending to be a girl/boy respectively. Once it so happen to me that a friend of mine played prank in the name of 'Malaika'. Well as a matter of fact I do not know any person by that name. But why do people scare or rather prefer to be undisclosed. Be it a comment, or be it any thing which could be said directly to the other person. Once I received an anonymous comment stating the following thing. "Your blog is the worst I've ever read. Day by day it's getting horrible. WTF is this." Well to be true. When I compare my blog with that of others it's really no where near them. I accept it that it's not that attractive, not does it is any attention seeker. And this is one anonymous comment which I really admire. "Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!" Ooh . Me? That was really a praise worth a thank. Thank you Mr. Anonymous. Though people in blogosphere are more creative, I take this comment and will continue to blog for my all Anonymous Readers. Lol. Cheers, BTW, Happy New Year to all my readers.

Co-incidence
Coincidence, when we think of this particular word, we usually have a belief that these instances are rare and happen rarely. If some time we deliberately do thing to some body, so surprise them or some thing like that, we just say that "it's just a coincidence". Well few days ago, things happen to me. And as a matter of fact, they were purely co-incidental. I was delighted because it did happen at the pinch of the second. Now let me brief you about these instances. Co-incidence No 1: The Practical Exam were done, and we went out to a popular MALL (City Center) to have some good food as a part of celebration (I really do not wanted to go, but I had to because all my friends were going). Ok let me come to the point. I had CAT Classes on the same day that was the reason I didn't wanted to go, because I would have become tired and couldn't concentrate during class hours. Since another friend of mine has some personal work we left early and missed all the fun which they would have had. During the walk to the nearest Railway station, I felt that "I shouldn't have had come", because I hate going in public transport these days. Then miracle happened. We got our college bus (This is the paid service provided by my college that picks up and drops very close to the place where the student lives). I was delighted. The joy of not going in the public transport was clearly visible in my face. My friends in the bus thought that we had a really great time. Never the less it was good. Co-incidence No 2: I was going to Class in my newly purchased vehicle. My friends in Cat Class were going to the Temple near by. They invited me; I didn't want to go so I was on my way to my home. And guess what happen? I found my friends in road help less. Ask why? They were out of gasoline. My friend said that "I was just going to call you. I knew you are some where here". Well even if he had called me, I wouldn't have picked the call by while riding. So it was good that I have seen them. And Thank to me for that, they were saved paying cash going to the bunk, more than the actual petrol would have cost. Now what do you have to say about this. True Coincidence right. ???
Bangladesh Genocide- Last days of united Pakistan
I was googling through the War which took place in December 4, 1971 between India and Pakistan, but to my astonishment the net dosen't really have much information about what exactly took place and what was people in Pakistan thinking about India. It's just the matter of Curiosity because history could really be a piece of cake, atleast for people like me.
Upon through and hardcore Googling I found a blog which have the digitized copy of Pakistan's "THE DAWN".The Head lines Clearly created a false impression to the people of Pakistan. These were the last days of united Pakistan.
Click here to know more, as i really do not want to steal the blog's material.
Finally, I'm no man to speak about any nation. Every one is aware of history, and the rest is explained in the above blog.

I now have learnt a lot
This blog came after a lot of time gap as I'm no more a free Bird :(
This blog lights up the experiences which I gained which includes mixed emotions.
I've always been and will be part of extra-curricular activity and I was one among the organizing committee of RAPTURE09 ( It's my college cultural organized every year ) Though I was the part of the same last year, this year it gave me a completely new experience.
Initially I was very enthusiastic and went on creating a website giving away my blood, I was later on not even given two words of appraisal. All the hard work which I put on was a mere waste. I realized that there might be two reason, either people are jealous of me or they think that it isn't up to their standard.
What ever the reason might be, I learnt to praise other, and I came to know a good think about me is that, I only criticize if I can help that other guy. Unlike those guys with aren't involved with that work in any way and started giving of their low sounding comments.
People surrounding me lack ' Surrounding identification '. They fail to recognize between people who really work hard and people who pretend to work hard. I learnt that the quickest way to gain attention is by 'Chaplusi' ( It mean a yes for a YES and a no for a NO ). and to be very frank I'm terrible at that.
I now learnt to smile a lot, smile with people, because we only have one life to live.
